These poems began with Journey, an introspective attempt to understand some of the trauma of a challenging start in life. Writing in free form verse helped me make sense of so much in my life – and helped me heal and embrace who I am.
Over the years, I have explored other topics – some light hearted, some heavy, some amusing, some painful. All of them reflect the reality of life as I have seen and experienced it.
I hope you find words of interest and commonality in these offerings. If not, then I wish you joy and happiness in your own Journey.

This site is a work in progress. Many pieces exist in my computer having served their purpose of helping me to integrate my thoughts – but they remain unfinished. The benefit of this site, for me, is the self-imposition of discipline to refine and publish the poetry. Please check back periodically.
And feel free to leave comments – although of course hate talk will be always blocked.
